Mike Healey
Mike Healey is a 6,000 hour, FAA-certified pilot.
Mr. Healey began his flying career in Santa Barbara as a flight
instructor before moving on to fly for the airlines. He also
flew as a captain for one of the nation's largest fractional
jet operations before coming to Santa Barbara Charter. Mr.
Healey has flown just about everything from small single-engine
planes to large trans-continental jets. In addition to FAA
certification, Mr. Healey attends Flight Safety training every

Michael Spingler
Michael Spingler is a 13,000 hour, FAA-certified
pilot. Mr. Spingler began his flying career as a Naval Aircrewmen
and Aircrewmen instructor and then as a civilian flight instructor
in the San Francisco area. Mr. Spingler has more than 10 years
experience as a flight captain for WestAir/United Express
Airline and then as a corporate pilot. Mr. Spingler also attends
Flight Safety training every year.
Janeen Bullock
Janeen Bullock is our operations manager. She will
assist you with all aspects of planning your trip including
ground transportation, schedules and any special requests.
